PAYMENT, REFUND & REVISION POLICY

PART 1: PAYMENT POLICY

1. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Local (Pakistan): JazzCash or EasyPaisa (0322-4142429)
  • International: Payoneer or Wise Transfer

2. Payment Plans

  • Full Upfront: 100% payment before work begins for priority scheduling and fastest delivery.
  • 50-50 Split: 50% to start and 50% before final file release.
  • Installment Plan: 40% to start, 40% upon first draft, and 20% before final delivery (requires prior agreement).

3. Processing & Pricing

  • Confirmation: Please send a screenshot of your payment. All payments must be confirmed within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Currency: Prices are in PKR for Pakistan and USD for international clients. Exchange rate fluctuations are the client’s responsibility.
  • Invoicing: You will receive an official invoice within 24 hours of payment.

PART 2: REFUND & REVISION POLICY

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will revise your CV until you are happy based on your specific package:

  • Starter Package: 1 round of revisions
  • Professional Package: 2 rounds of revisions
  • Executive & Development Sector: 3 rounds of revisions

2. Full Refund Eligibility (100%)

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • We miss the agreed deadline without prior notice.
  • We fail to deliver the services promised in your package.
  • Work has not yet started on your project.

3. Partial Refund Eligibility (50%)

You are eligible for a partial refund if:

  • The first draft is delivered but you are not satisfied after attempting revisions.
  • There is a significant delay in delivery (beyond 3 days of the deadline).

4. No Refund Conditions

Refunds are not available if:

  • Final files have been delivered and accepted.
  • You fail to respond to our communications for more than 7 days.
  • You provided incorrect or incomplete information that affected the work.
  • You change your mind after the work is fully completed.

PART 3: SERVICE STANDARDS

1. Revision Timeframes

To keep your project moving, please request revisions within the following windows after receiving your first draft:

  • Starter: Within 7 days
  • Professional: Within 10 days
  • Executive: Within 14 days

2. Delivery Delays

If we anticipate a delay, we will notify you in advance. You may choose to:

  1. Wait for completion with a 10% discount
  2. Cancel for a full refund.
  3. Request rush delivery at no extra cost.

3. Refund Payout Times

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method:

  • JazzCash/EasyPaisa: 3–5 business days.
  • Bank Transfer: 5–7 business days.
  • International (Wise/Payoneer): 7–14 business days.
