AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • We, Us, Our: Professional Writers by Hadeed.
  • You, Client: The person purchasing our services.
  • Services: CV/resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, career consultation, and related services.
  • Deliverables: Final documents provided (CV, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, etc.).

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

We offer professional writing and career services including Starter, Professional, Executive, and specialized Development Sector packages. Each service is described in detail on our pricing page.

3. ORDER PROCESS

  1. Placement: Choose a package and contact us via WhatsApp, email, or our website.
  2. Payment: Work begins only after payment confirmation.
  3. Information Gathering: Complete our questionnaire and schedule your consultation call.
  4. Delivery: Receive drafts within agreed timelines and request revisions if needed.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to provide accurate information and respond to communications within 48 hours. Failure to respond within 7 days may result in order cancellation without a refund. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided.

5. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We agree to deliver high-quality, professional work within agreed deadlines and respect your confidentiality at all times. We will respond to your inquiries within 24 hours.

6. DELIVERY TIMELINES

  • Standard: 3 to 7 business days depending on your chosen package.
  • Express Delivery: Available for an additional fee (+Rs 2,000 to Rs 4,000 for 24-48 hour turnaround).
  • Timeline Start: Timelines begin only after payment, questionnaire completion, and consultation are finished.

7. REVISIONS POLICY

  • Included: 1 to 3 rounds of revisions based on your package.
  • Validity: Revision requests must be made within 7–14 days of receiving the first draft.
  • Scope: Revisions include correcting errors and adjusting wording. They do not include complete rewrites for different industries or adding new jobs not mentioned in the original questionnaire.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Your Ownership: You own the final CV/documents created for you for unlimited use in job applications.
  • Our Ownership: We retain ownership of our unique templates, internal processes, and methodologies.
  • Restrictions: You may not resell or redistribute our work as a service of your own.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

Your information is 100% confidential. We will never share your CV without permission, contact your current employer, or sell your data to third parties.

10. GUARANTEES & DISCLAIMERS

  • We Guarantee: 100% satisfaction, ATS-passable formatting, and original, plagiarism-free content.
  • No Guarantee of Employment: While we provide the tools for success, we do not guarantee specific job offers, interviews, or salary increases. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for lost opportunities, indirect damages, or errors caused by incorrect information provided by the client.

12. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

  • Before work starts: 100% refund.
  • After work starts (Before draft): 50% refund.
  • After first draft delivered: No refund (please utilize your included revision rounds).

13. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to provide misleading information, use our services for illegal purposes, or harass our staff. Violations result in immediate termination of service without a refund.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you have a concern, please contact us at admin@hadeed.com.pk. We commit to a good-faith effort to resolve all disputes through negotiation within 24 hours.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, under the jurisdiction of Lahore.
